A joint numismatic product, between The Central Bank of Malta and Maltapost including the silver coin and a silver foil stamp replica to commemorate the Centenary of the Sette Giugno Riots in 1919.
The coin, struck at the Royal Dutch Mint, shows the emblem of Malta and the year of issue, 2019, on the obverse. On the reverse the coin carries a representation of a standoff between a crowd and a party of armed soldiers.
The silver replica stamp is also produced by the Royal Dutch Mint and depicts the €5.59 Sette Giugno centenary postage stamp.
This joint product will be limited to 500 sets.
